I agree With Shareholders having first rights etc ...I have taken these issues up at previous AGMs ....On This occasion I am 100% behind RM i did contact him and his reasoning was very good....1) we had insufficient time to organize a SPP or Rights issue ETC. the costs to do this approximately 50k + the time to do this 4 to 6 weeks. We had just got a decision that left us a bit isolated with regard to finding funds post haste to onto San-Jorge...if we had not had received the confidence by instos for funding with a future commitment to funding then our share price would be 10 cents now and we would be Blaming who.......??????? in this case he done exactly what a good CEO should do get funding ASAP to stop the carnage .....CHEERS
