Has anyone else with multiple share accounts had problems trying to register the individual bank details of each account with Computershare in order to receive the dividend?
What I've experienced is:
Computershare site does not show all stocks held & does not provide an update facility
Of those it does show, it assumes the total of a particular stock are in the one account – even if that stock held in more than one account
It accepts bank A/c details and TFN for one A/C only
etc, etc
I've tried phoning but so far been unable to get through.
Grrrr!
