Perhaps Higgo only wanted to go into VA and pay $1? instead of $0.75m cash and $0.25m shares.

I don't know, but we must have gone into this VA for a reason - and that seems to me to be one of the more likely ones. We now know that the board had discussions with FH in early February - the whole creditor strategy could have been worked out then???????????
Perhaps the word around the legal traps in Mozambique was that the GCT issue was looking to play out in TON's favor.

I must admit I was very surprised that Mitchell Drilling was still on the list - although once again, maybe that was just Higgo wanting to send a message also. Don't bite the hand that fed you.
