Hi Bob.
I do not believe they have drawn on the ANZ facility but used their cash balance to 'cash back' the outstanding $M 3.8 environmental bonds.
That's why ABM's assets at this point of time are still unencumbered, I believe.
However it does show why this RI is so important to the Company.
