There are various types of TH's. This one is definitely NOT for survival of the company since it has adequate funds to carry out drilling plans and the DFS, It looks to me like it is for really positive reasons and they are allowing SH to participate to avoid dilution. That is, we will get our shares at the sort of discount normally offered to insto's and other favoured investors - but we will still need to front up with the cash or suffer dilution.
