Are they really loaning to Chinese buyers (I thought Chinese buyers would take out loans from Chinese lenders?). I suppose they must be, to enjoy the fruits of the surge in demand Chinese buyers have generated. Just seems like a high risk play, how do they pursue a bankruptcy abroad?
