If my memory serves me , this Land owners association where the original association that wished to develop this project back in 1992.
From there the particular tribes from the Kolorosi group (Isabel) left that association to form its own Tribal trust and then went on to register their land which they then leased to us some 20+ years later.
If this article is anything to go by, then they now seem to be making a reappearance.
If again my memory is correct (from reading the High Court Judgement) then it might be assumed that this BLA group might not had a firm hand over the Isabel tenement, however clearly they still feel there is some claim to San Jorge.
Again I am 90% sure this group was the association that wished to develop Isabel way back in the day.
Will have to check this, but at first glimpse and without any news for Axiom it does not look good!
