I've done some googling...
Internet says:
PEG ratio = P/E / GR%
GR% = ((Current Number - Past Number)/Past Number)x100
SRT e.g. M3->M4
GR% = ((30,000,000 - 7,000,000)/7,000,000)x100
GR% = 328.57%
SRT e.g. M2->M3
GR% = ((7,000,000 - 3,000,000)/3,000,000)x100
GR% = 133.33%
SRT e.g. M1->M2
GR% = ((3,000,000 - 1,000,000)/1,000,000)x100
GR% = 200%
But now in order to work out the PEG ratio (PEG ratio = P/E / GR% )...
I need:
P/E = Stock Price* / EPS
*How do i know the stock price at M1? Or am i meant to use the current stock price??
and
EPS = Net Income / Shares Outstanding*
So to find EPS...
Net Income for SRT M1 = 1,000,000 so :
EPS = 1,000,000 / ??? which number do i use for this?*
*>Current outstanding shares?
OR
*> Outstanding Shares + SRTO + SRTOA + M1 (250,000,000)?
OR
*> Outstanding Shares + SRTO + SRTOA + M1 (250,000,000) + 150,000,000 (employee incentive options 3 x 50M)?
A little stuck![]()
