FYI received a satisfactory response from the ASX, one of the suggested actions being that they strongly encourage that I lodge a complaint with ASIC, which has now been submitted.

"One of our analysts will be in contact with you in the next two to three business days to confirm your report is being reviewed and whether we need any further information. If you gave us a contact phone number we will try to call you on that number, because we like to speak to people directly. If that's not possible, we will email you."

Will update once I am contacted, but will not be posting the contents or discussion with ASX or ASIC on here as I believe JC reads these posts.
