Sequentially:

1. The point is self explanatory.

2. If you trouble to read the posts I did not allude to a possible buy out, that coming from Micky, if I recall properly. (Neverless, Highlands at Ramu is such a JV.)

3. To be sure I don't reciprocate Mate, and waste your time, Mate, I will force myself to be polite. Regarding both 2. and 3. examples abound. Specific to 3. amongst the many options for the JV (to me the more obvious) might be an exchange of the 30% for a carried net smelter royalty.

In fairness to the other posters who doubtless do not want to have to listen to anything but facts, I have no idea why you seem to revel in stirring, particularly as you have no obvious commercial stake in BML, even when the other poster -who I believe is allowed an opportunity to speak - in my case takes the trouble to acknowledge at least one of your points as true, and certainly has made no detrimental or derogatory references to yourself or to your comments. On that note it is a bit of a pain the continual tit for tat, return of serve business, so I'll leave it to you in future if you don't mind, Mate.
