Another thing to note. With the app, this should continually keep the supervisors eyes on the teams training requirements.
The good thing with this is that, if they can deploy training and follow up through the app, it makes sure that the teams are getting trained. More training = more pay per views.
No doubt the app has push notifications for supervisors reminding them to deploy overdue training.
