Yup... board rejected $2.00 from Ferrovial only 15 months ago! The board forecasts are very strong re future earnings and we'll see divs re-start in FY17 as debt will be very manageable. I'd take 1.49 like a shot but am now thinking to buy at 1.27 as a trade based on strong eps going fwd. Its likely BRS will add to order book over next few months based on their confidence levels.
