    Great little company Catalyst.

    Release the company results today and are instantly hit with a takeover offer for 90 cent/share + the 4 cent f/f dividend.

    I'm sure that equals 94 cents (excluding franking credits)

    Why would you sell 20k's worth at 92 cent...pay brokerage & lose the franking benefits?

    I'll be waiting for the form in the mail thanks!

    Who knows, another offer may come to trump the Skilled offer.
