Cash is king here - the cash is in bank - was announced in Feb - they have probably 0.0015 in cash per share, re rating going to happen for sure. They wont need a cap raise to do a deal - its the best bet in market at this time if you can sneak some at 0.001, can only go up, worst you do is break, best might be 2,3,4,5 times ya money, at 0.003 its capped at 10 million, easy easy on a deal. Time to back the truck up if not already in there
