I've just gone through a few user review sites for World Phone. There's a whole litany of disaster stories with similar hassles to coco's, especially from overseas users. The words scam, ripoff, lost all my credit, don't touch this app etc etc. pop up all the time. I know it's been discussed in here, that the good experiences don't get written about nearly as much as the bad ones on review sites, but it's all concerning because they have lost and infuriated a lot of customers who then talk to others, and it can all go exponential if they don't get control of this.
