88E is not a classic pump and dump case.
The fundamentals of 88E are sound, but just need substantial news to lift share price, in my view, only flow rate as IRR didn't come up with good enough for me.
ST hurdle would be cash flow issue, e.g. Payments for Market cap exceeded $50m, additional acres acquisition and 35% exploration costs.
I did post warning while NOR at 13c.
88E is dual listed, no way anyone can control the share price. LSE just had over 300m shares Changing hands overnight.
