A few points. Although some where hoping for a cornerstone investor, I'm happy to see that a substantial allocation of shares wasn't offered to a single entity allowing for the shareholder base to remain open.
On another note, there's a lazy $100M that didn't get a look in and will need to buy on market if they want a piece of the pie. Good luck lads
