I can't justify buying Dominos at the moment no matter how much confidence I have in the management (a lot).
Many people choose Mcdonalds and other fast food over dominos due to the time it takes. If Dominos perfects a 3 minute pizza it could really take on McDonalds... A $5 pizza is far more filling (and tastier IMO) than a $5 big mac.
McDonalds makes $1bn profit annually in Australia alone. If Dominos can even get half of that then a $5bn market cap at 10PE seems very reasonable... IN AUSTRALIA ALONE
But we've got to remember that Dominos is expanding rapidly overseas into Europe etc.
