Its clear from anyone that has followed the price action that someone is either buying at or around 16c or a big holder trying to exit. The reason I dont think its someone selling is that there are not many big players in this stock! Biggest holders are mgt (shares still in escrow) and anyone in top twenty outside of them should easily have sold by out by now. You dont need that many to be in top 20.
