Well said, except I'd suggest "fizz in a can" rather than "storm in a teacup".

Anyone that has following testing and production reports for even a little while should understand that translating a test rate into a longterm production rate is way to simplistic.

Likewise I am suprised when such posters tot up development well test results additively with declining field rates with no acknowledgement of decline, ... and wrongly conclude "wow".

I am no geologist, however half a recall of the Sellicks field history was enough to have had a more realistic expectation that reading the test result at face value might suggest.

Imo, COE is doing quite well, reports fairly, and the sp is starting to look good value again.
