I think investors are holding back to see how sustainable the debt is, as soon as it's clear that KBL has a debt free future, she will rise very well, if your confident kbl can continue to make repayments and not default, and if your right which I think you most likely are!!
investor confidence will return, I was invested pretty significantly a while back, but liquidated to sit on the side lines and watch (because I'm soft) the moment I feel she is clear I'm back in, but probarly at a much higher share price, I agree shes at a pretty good price considering she will most likely not only survive but even thrive in the future.
