Hep B vaccines aren't much better than 90% successful even after 3 doses. So results of 90% are certainly "good enough" to put a vaccine on the market. I've administered plenty of vaccinations over the past several years. And I look forward to giving herpes vaccinations too -- even more so if those vaccines have ADMEDUS written on the box.
