    Ok let's say you're right now tell me what's the significance of the strike price
    of $1 per share ? That means the bond holder pays $1. Per Share to convert the reason no one here can get their head around this announcement is

    1 ) we are lacking a specific part of the info ,the consideration
    2 ) it makes no financial sense to convert at .71 cents when the stock last traded at 9 cents
