Where are you getting your information from?. Saying you 'heard it through the grapevine' doesn't reveal much, it could mean you heard it from someone who works at the company (which would be a fairly reliable source) or from a self appointed stock expert residing in the local pub (which would be less reliable).
I did speak to someone from the company about a month ago and they mentioned that they were looking at some Australian gold assets, though it was also clear from the conversation that they hadn't decided on anything at the time.
