I read that article and some bits of it didn't really make sense to me.
He talks about a certain number of houses needed per year....but wouldn't that ramp up and not be a constant rate?
If that's the case then there is more being built than needed.
Anyway, nice dividend on this company and it is expanding in a mature field so should be a good long term investment
