Guys,
I know that there is frustration, anger, disappointment and loss amongst us, and so I understand the talk of legal action, but I am yet to see and understand a clear statement of who the action would be against and for what.
Diversified bought its initial shares 10 days after announcing farm-in on-market at 45% above pre announcement price - so it seems that (irrespective of how good an opportunity they got) it cannot be suggested that they did any "insider trading".
So can someone please enlighten me:
- who any action would be against and for what.
