More info please

I'm thinking on buying in, but,(lol) have a question for the long term followers of this company, it seems to me that this company has very good prospects, but my question relates to the board , it seems to me that there is inhouse fighting amongst the board?
I was wondering if any of you know/or could give me a crash course of the history of it, i'm not a long term follower of this company and was after more information on it.

my sentiment is buy but unsure as i'm not convinced about the board.

any information is welcomed as i came here to learn
