PNC have announced a trading halt today for the below reason. Hopefully CCP is also taking advantage of the current opportunities in the PDL market (within their regular level of risk, of course).
PNC is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement in relation to a share placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement is being conducted for the purpose of raising capital to take advantage of the current opportunities in the purchased debt portfolio market
