No worries. Totally understand. I've been here 'technically' since the Metex days - those guys built the company and the QLD Gov have trashed it.

I was responding to 'Lou222's' message and was also re-doing my home work to find out how much wriggle room Kam Lung might have.

I can't see why Kam Lung would be with-holding the funds other than to get a better deal and increase their holding further and/or pick-up the short fall shares as well (which they would need further approval for).

There is risk here, but I suspect there might be a silver lining?
