The rich all over the world use vehicles for tax minimisation, further I would alledge based on those I know in small / medium business that they near all avoid paying tax by doing cashies or simply not running money taken through the books or by paying x amount of hours to employees as cash.
I'd argue that small business, difficult and tough a game as it can be is every bit a tax avioding extravaganza every bit as much as the issue of the rich doing the same through shady havens.

Question is, what is legal and what is illegal? Tax avoidance is perfectly acceptable and you'd be a fool not to do it...
Tax evasion, on the other hand, is a different kettle of fish....
