The only reason I am annoyed is I have money on the table to invest myself, funding for lance from 3rd parties would not be hard to find, I would imagine given the current state of the world that Lance is going to be a huge success, USA currently get roughly 35% of their uranium from Kazakhstan (basically russian uranium) and along come PEN with Lance...... they could even be looking at funding for Karoo, we'll find out soon enough, but long term I believe PEN are going to make investors very happy. DYOR, but I'm looking to buy more, you would be very short sighted to worry at this delay, getting the deal right is far more important than rushing it through and stunting future growth.
