There is no Sharia "law" in the UK. People in the UK can apply to one of 2 Islamic tribunals for a Sharia based decision on some civil matters if and only if both parties agree to submit themselves for a ruling. The rulings are legally binding simply because both parties agreed to participate.
Asking how many stonings have occurred occur under a "law" that doesn't exist is a bit of a logical black hole, isn't it?
