Directors making ground as other shareholders become diluted. At the end of the day the market cap will set the share price, my fear is that even with a billion dollar market cap, the share price would not be much higher than today, possibly 15 cents. if we keep increasing shares ie printing money it will only have a negative impact on existing shareholders.
While directors maintain their percentage we have no choice.
In a consolidation the directors get their percentage and possibly new incentive shares in the future, more dilution.
Welcome to the Australian stock market game. Its the system , its a legal way for a few individuates to make a good salary plus acquire a share holding at no cost. For most of us one would think that $500,000 would be more than enough for a comfortable life style. Surly they could buy off market with some of the spare cash and without a diluting our registry.

400 million shares on the register when i bought in and now heading to 4 billion shares , my share holding has been diluted by a factor of 10, so much for being a loyal shareholder, haven't seen any rights issues or options offered to us shareholders.
