Agree that TOX has flashed a buy signal, and if I didn't already have so many, I'd be buying more.

Once it breaks through that resistance line of 15 cents, it's on its way.

Oh - and at the risk of being a nitpicker, I think your lovely sig graphics should be referring to "multi-baggers", not braggers.... ;) Heheh . Unless of course you're looking to brag about the ten-baggers you are holding..... ;)
