I think your question about why we think that is a good one as you point out it does not state that which is kind of the point. This is exactly part of the problem with CSD and the way they've been dressing up their announcements for a long time with fluff rather than fact. Firstly I'll just clarify and say I'm not saying it's a whole year away more so just not this year. We are 4 months into the year already. I'll elaborate on why I believe that it wont occur this year.

It really depends how advanced these areas are but more than likely they're going to need to carry out multiple drill programs each of which usually take around 3 months or so by the time they determine targets, drill them and await assays. By the time that happens and then it's calculated as JORC compliant it will be approaching or into next year. Then by the time they carry out whatever extra test work etc they need to and add it into the DFS also adds a little extra time. This is why I believe no DFS this year. I will be extremely pleased if CSD proves me wrong just history of this company suggests otherwise.

My main hope here is that after settlement occurs that our other operations are just enough to keep CSD afloat while we wait if that is the case then it's ok, frustrating, annoying, disappointing etc but tolerable.

Time will tell on that front.

Actually before I stop I will say Early1 in the long run having extra land that is quality is a good thing. I'm usually very patient when it comes developing companies as I understand things don't always go to plan and there are a lot obstacles. I become disillusioned however when information shareholders deserve isn't transparently conveyed until they have no choice as was the case today when they've run out of ways to dress things up like it's all good and just to make a stronger project.

Don't worry I won't hang around here and make annoying negative posts day after day just to complain as that achieves nothing and you are totally right I can sell out at any point. Still this is a forum and I was just making my point as I see it based on todays (and past) announcements.
