My take wth Citronen is that capex will be the biggest hurdle for the mine to happen, not geo or political. Political is almost done and dusted; and the geo is feasible given their BFS and Red Dog precedent. The capex will come when the planets align, as the resource is plentiful, relatively easy to mine and load.

As faulty as the zinc inventories system be, especially on a daily or weekly basis, it is indicative overall and the trend confirms the mining closures etc. As always be interesting to see how they are looking at the end of this month.
