Imo, currently games are being played with the share price so weak hands can give up their shares at 1.5c. For instance i think the 3500000 shares on offer at 1.5c is a fake just so people can fear and give up their shares at that price. Once enough of those shares are given up they will pull their order (eg the 3.5m) and snatch the ones given up quick.
