The old "I've got special rights!" off-market trader just gipped 13 buyers who were waiting patiently in line to buy shares at 14 cents.
He or she helped him or her self to a bunch at 13.7 cents.
This sort of thing has been going on all day, looking at the daily chart.
What a joke.
