Actually Reagan was brilliant. Extraordinary governer for California from what I hear...as President dismantled the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe (your Pravda wavers at uni would have been disappointed)...and worked some great economic reforms along the way. Didn't nuke the Bekaa valley after the Marine barracks were bombed in Lebanon - so he only gets a 'B' from me...
