Yes, but that article is noting CFTC positioning from over a week ago and before last weeks EIA drawdown info and during the week that crude oil retraced from 42 to 35.
Its clear that on a week to week basis that oil is very hard to pick, even for, as most of you guys like to call them, big boys.
Its going to be an interesting 2 weeks thats for sure.
