I have been EVM shareholder for a long time... Still thinking solar tower technology has a significant place in the renewable market place - regardless of what you think! I have previously referred to the 7th march ANN, notice the wording;
" The balance of the Valentia investment will be received by 30 April 2016 "
I am at this stage not worried about the 3B form - sure, it would have been nice if the paperwork would have been in place by now, agree - but it doesn't move my sentiment. This is a long-term investment for me, regardless. If you are unhappy with EVM share

In support of the angst on this forum and on behalf of you all - I have today also written to EVM, my correspondence has been received by EVM office @ 4.15pm. Hoping this will settle the angst. I doubt below correspondence will help, as settlement of large sum of money (projects) involves a lot of key stakeholders.
