If they were giving themselves free shares, I would be worried. Some directors will do that. But STX directors are investing their own money to support the company towards commerciality (albeit at a small discount). And, as Rexsh said once, if they didn't support the capital raising, people would be belly aching about that too.
I really can't understand the pessimism around here. I've never been more excited about STX than now (and perhaps only more excited about a few other stocks...which were eventually taken over).
