    Personal opinion is sinking ship.

    Rumour on the strip is that management has flatlined and institutional holders are slowly exiting taking what they can. Capital structure is shot, future dilution is going be huge, when all the options land on market bottom will be IPO price.

    Needs a miracle or 5yrs.
