I used to work for Ansett who went into administration. Shades of deja vu. Short term first administrators, unions pushing for change.

I just hope that we end up being shareholders again of ARI.
It could be that everything is sold, all jobs saved, governments look good and creditors paid.
I hope Ivan is right and we salvage something after the VA feeding frenzy.
For years I had hoped for one vertically integrated steel industry (BSL/ARI integration) all ARI ore to be used domestically with forward plans to rebuild furnaces and produce steel for shipbuilding and other specialities. Alas......
