I also agree with that Cosmo . I really believe that they would not have released the "remitted" advice unless they they were told it had been. Am sure they are professional enough not to mislead. I think the Valentia reputation is severerley damaged by their conduct in this matter. Not sure if they are a listed company , but would hope they get a please explain from someone.
