Hello to all,
I have noticed a lot of houses being demolished, the land split in half and 2 new houses being built. (Particularly northern suburbs Adelaide).
If you have done this do you mind sharing the following:
What sort of fees did you pay to council ?
Demolition costs?
Did you negotiate a better deal with a builder due to building 2 houses..
Holding costs?
Are you eligible to FHOG?
Any other hidden costs?
Finally was it a good investment? What are pros and cons?
