    I bet the PWC report will say something like ....'this is a fair value in light of the current market conditions however the stock price has potential to increase in the future.' (Fluffy nothingness)

    Ican't see how PwC can comment on minority shareholder issue - that would come down to ASIC/ACCC (both toothless tigers) or a court to decide.
