I see this as a significant, positive step- both in terms of expansion and allowing insto's in the door. Sure, it isn't likely to aid the SP in the short term, but for anyone who is here for the long haul, it should be beneficial.
That being said, now that we are halted, I'm going to have to find something else to replace my refreshing of the SP all day...
