"For the purposes of the Company re-complying with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASXthan $0.05) will raise at least $5,000,000."
Listing Rules, the Company intends to undertake the Capital Raising through the
issue of that number of Shares when multiplied by the Capital Raising Issue Price
(which, at the date of this Notice, is yet to be determined, but will be not less
