It was about 4-6 pages of information to fill out. Took about 20 minutes. Signed it. Emailed it back. 4 days later no more hassles from Etrade.
That process could potentially save you a lot of money if you are locked out of the Etrade system and can't trade.
It's really up to you as it is your money you are risking.
